This is an 8-week advanced program designed for experienced gym-goers to build and shape your lower body. In this program you will primarily be focused on targeting your Glutes while also exercising your hamstrings, quads, and calves.

This program will get your heart rate up, have you sweating and feeling the burn to get rid of those unwanted pounds and get you back on track. The aim of this program is simple… To burn fat!! The program is a full body program separated into two, two week blocks, training 4 times per week. You must have access to a fully equipped gym.
