You will receive a pdf with an 8-week advanced program designed for experienced gym-goers to build and shape your lower body. In this program you will primarily be focused on targeting your glutes while also exercising your hamstrings, quads, and calves.
This program is designed in two 4 week blocks and contains 3 training days per week as well as 2 days to focus on cardio and abdominal training. Adding more leg days to this plan is not recommended. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!
With this program you will also receive a sample meal plan to give you an idea of what to eat on while on this program.
